I strongly recommend working with Julio Romero if you want an agent who is willing to help educate and guide you on the home purchasing process. Julio and I ended up going pretty far into the contract negotiation and appraisal process, but I decided to not commit to buying a home due to personal reasons. Nevertheless, I will be working with Julio again on finding my next home. Julio is exceptional at negotiating the best deal for his clients and has a strong work ethic to deliver things in a timely manner. His knowledge of the real estate industry is also exceptional and you can learn a lot from him if you want to be a real estate investor yourself. I give him 5 stars overall and would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for an agent who will look out for the client's best interests.

Yesenia did a great job and went beyond expectations. Always quick with helpful responses. It takes someone with a lot of patience to answer so many questions. There was a lot I needed assistance with and Yesenia went above and beyond to answer every last question or concern I had. I would recommend her to everyone I know. Very professional however also very personal. I was never nervous or worried I wasn’t going to be put in the best case scenario for my living needs because I knew she had done so much more research than I was able to uncover. Over all 10-10 would recommend to anyone! I’m thankful to have had someone so easy going to walk me through this experience. Going from renting an apartment to renting a house comes with some changes that can be easy to over look if the realtor isn’t attentive. Thankfully Yesenia was on top of everything and stayed on task even when I could not due to work and other responsibilities.
